We’re excited to share that Megan Earl, one of our Account Managers at HTS, has been selected for the Conference News CN 30UnderThirty, Class of 2026.
Since entering the events sector in 2019, Megan has built a reputation for resilience, curiosity and leadership maturity well beyond her years. Since joining HTS in 2022, her progression has been rapid and well-earned. Megan has progressed from Conference Consultant to a management role in our Meetings and Events team, and into her current Account Manager position.
Across these roles, Megan has supported the delivery of a significant volume of meetings and events, overseeing complex client programmes and helping to build long-term, trusted partnerships. Her approach combines strategic thinking with calm, practical delivery, contributing to strong client loyalty and sustained account growth.
Beyond her day-to-day role, Megan fully engages with our industry. She is an active contributor at industry events, having spoken on panels for beam and at MIA Connect, sharing insight on topics including event technology and platforms. More recently, the MIA Task Force appointed Megan to their team. She now supports the MIA Board in delivering meaningful member engagement and promoting best practices.
Megan is also passionate about championing early-career professionals and challenging outdated perceptions of Gen Z in the workplace. Through panel discussions and industry forums, she has spoken openly about confidence, imposter syndrome and career progression. Her work is helping to reframe the conversation around younger talent and highlight the value, creativity and commitment they bring to the industry.
Looking ahead, Megan is focusing on continuing to develop her leadership capabilities and industry involvement while contributing positively to the future of events. She matches her ambition with action, and her inclusion in the CN 30UnderThirty is a fitting recognition of Megan’s impact to date and her future.
The CN 30UnderThirty Class of 2026, with Megan, will be officially celebrated at an awards ceremony during International Confex on Wednesday, 25 February.
Congratulations, Megan – a brilliant achievement and one we’re all extremely proud of.
