Hotel and Travel Solutions (HTS) has announced a new partnership with HSF Health Plan, reinforcing its people-first culture.

The agreement introduces an enhanced range of health and wellbeing support for the HTS team, including access to services spanning physical and mental health. It reflects a broader focus on creating an environment where people are consistently supported to perform at their best professionally and personally.

Nel Flint, Managing Director at HTS, commented: “In the meetings and events industry, you hear a lot of talk about performance and results, and how stressful careers can be. Yet we know that people who have support around them thrive. So, at HTS, we don’t see this partnership as an employee benefit – it’s a strategic, practical step in reinforcing our culture.”

Julie Shorrock, CEO at HTS, continued: “With increasing industry focus on retention, wellbeing and sustainable performance, businesses must think more holistically about how they support their teams because employee expectations have changed.”

This latest step forms part of a wider commitment to strengthening the employee experience at HTS, ensuring the business continues to attract, support, and retain high-performing, happy people.
