About the role
We are looking for a hotel and travel Reservations Consultant who want to listen to our clients’ briefs and help turn these into reality. You will be the key point of contact and help for our clients. We are looking for the right person who can step up to the challenge.

About you
- At least 1 year’s experience dealing with customer service (reservations and travel experience is a bonus)
- Prioritise time effectively managing reservations enquiries working towards targets and deadlines
- Maintain and deliver a positive “can do” attitude at all times
- Prioritise time effectively managing reservations, working towards targets and deadlines
- Enjoy visiting hotels and venues increasing your knowledge at every opportunity

This is a full time office-based role at our head office in Droitwich, Worcestershire.
Salary: £25,400, dependent on experience
